Peak 8100
Peak 8100 starts to come out of the clouds from College Glacier. Light hits a little hanging glacier on the mountainside.

Crossing wet snow
Old streams leave depressions that fill with snow and take longer to melt out. This one had water running beneath it and the snow was isothermal. Not deep or dangerous, but better to step over if you want to remain dry.
Stony Stream
Above College Creek, between some debris-covered dead ice and the mountain slopes.
Good Balance
Rock on an ice pedestal on College Glacier. The rock insulates the ice beneath enough that it doesn't melt as the ice around it does. This one had a perfect south aspect too.
Green and Grey
Moss covered rocks in a small stream above College Glacier.
Camp
Our campsite on a medial moraine on College Glacier.
Streams in Talus and College Glacier
Hidden Valley
A little creek runs between old debris covered ice and the mountain slopes. I was surprised to find there was still ice beneath the rock this far away from the glacier.

Cat Crossing
Approaching College Glacier we had some larger braided streams to cross.

Equipment
Old mining equipment, or snowmachine? And a rusty gas can.
