Falls Creek Trail is located just outside of Anchorage along Turnagain Arm. The trail follows a cascading stream with many small waterfalls for nearly 3 miles. This photo was taken on October 19, 2021, while my wife and I were in town for her ankle surgery. The trip here from Fairbanks was more than a little stressful, but this proved a really good respite from our many frustrations. It was raining pretty hard for the whole walk and there was nobody else on the trail. Very meditative.
